I came to Bonita Springs, Florida from Chicago, a city recognized for its eclectic cuisine and fanatical sports scene.

An avid sports fan, I have spent much of my life attending the best sporting events in the finest cities in the nation. My travels have taken me to premier sporting venues and put me within an arm's reach of he most superb athletes.

But the most thrilling part of my travels is getting a small taste of the culinary landscape that defines each city I visit.

Regional foods and recipes are a major part of what distinguishes one city from another.

Every time I return from Philly, Chicago, Dallas or New York, I bring back a handful of fond memories and amazing recipes that I am eager to share with you.
